Checkout & Fulfilment Terms

These checkout terms apply to self-service purchases made through VAREXIS.tech for NyxGrove-Forge, VAREXIS-INDEX access, and bounded agentic requests.

BDAS and AURIC are controlled technical assets. They are not sold through public checkout. Pilot, integration or qualification discussions are scoped case by case under written terms.

Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Stripe calculates VAT at checkout where applicable.

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. VAREXIS Ltd does not receive or store full card details through the VAREXIS.tech site.

Billing address and tax ID collection may be used to support VAT and business-customer handling.

Forge Operator and Forge Team are subscription products. Where a trial is offered, payment details are required before the trial begins.

If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription may renew automatically at the stated monthly price plus applicable VAT.

Forge access and licence activation may be fulfilled manually during the current launch phase.

VAREXIS-INDEX Research and Developer/API are evidence-index access products.

Developer/API access includes the stated monthly request allowance. Early access may include manual onboarding while automated access is finalised.

VAREXIS-INDEX routes questions to bounded records and evidence states. It does not create fresh evidence by default.

Agentic Single Request and Evidence Receipt products are one-off purchases for bounded VAREXIS-INDEX queries against existing indexed evidence.

A response may return a supported answer, insufficiency result, refusal boundary or nearest-supported claim.

These products do not include fresh investigation, legal advice, deployment approval, certification, commercial guarantee, or BDAS/AURIC pilot analysis.

Subscriptions can be cancelled through Stripe customer management where enabled, or by contacting VAREXIS Ltd.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal; it does not automatically convert prior paid access into a refund.

One-off requests may not be refundable once fulfilment has begun, except where required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

VAREXIS.tech checkout provides access to software, indexed records, bounded requests or subscriptions only.

Checkout does not grant penetration-testing authority, legal/regulatory/financial advice, deployment approval, certification, security assurance, or guaranteed outcomes.

Authorised use and written scope remain mandatory where relevant.
